A specialized institution for accomplished professionals.
American College of Advanced Studies™ (ACAS) provides focused, interdisciplinary professional education for accomplished adult learners who seek advanced knowledge and applied capability without pursuing an additional academic degree.
The institution emphasizes leadership, integrative health, natural medicine, psychology and human performance, artificial intelligence, communication, innovation, and professional transformation. Its primary learners are experienced professionals, executives, doctorally prepared professionals, and qualified graduate-level professionals.
Non-degree status
ACAS does not award academic degrees. ACAS certificates are non-degree professional credentials documenting completion of an approved ACAS professional education program. An ACAS certificate does not by itself confer professional licensure, board certification, governmental certification, or authority to practice a regulated profession.
Postdoctoral professional education
Where ACAS uses the term “postdoctoral professional education,” the term is intended to describe advanced professional study undertaken after doctoral-level preparation or, where permitted by the admissions pathway, by experienced graduate-level executives. It does not mean a doctoral degree, postdoctoral clinical fellowship, residency, licensure, supervised clinical training, or independent authority to practice a regulated profession.
Final credential nomenclature, program titles, and descriptions will be used only as permitted by applicable law and BPPE approval.
